Beth Cook White is one of my favorite authors. She has written several fun light reads for summer. Tour de Force is one of my favorites, but she has several more you will enjoy. Her full name is Elizabeth White on her books. She is also a pastor’s wife, a public school music teacher and a wonderful lady. You will love her books. Robin Jones Gunn has written the Sister Chicks series. You will want to read them all! I read one of hers last week that grabbed my heart. It was Gardenias for Breakfast. Interesting story of healing for a woman who struggled with the relationship with her mom. If you are looking for books for young girls, check out Robin’s series for young girls. Some of you girls mention Terry Blackstock as well. I love Terry and her books. Her in-laws helped call my dad to be pastor of their church many years ago. Her books are filled with drama and will keep you in suspense. One of my favorites is Last Light.
